There are no refunds on music or project retainers. If you hire us for an event or a project, we keep the retainer fee. For sold albums there are no refunds.

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide a 24 hour notice. There are no refunds for cancellations.
